Role Overview

Boomerang is seeking a No-Code Solutions Consultant to help organisations design, build, and deploy communications workflows using the Logic platform. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their operational needs and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions within a no-code environment.

You will play a key role in demonstrating how organisations can streamline their messaging infrastructure, automate processes, and build customised communication workflows without traditional development.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation

  • Work directly with clients to understand their communication workflow requirements

  • Translate business needs into functional workflow designs within the Logic platform

  • Provide recommendations on best practices for automation and messaging systems

Workflow Design & Implementation

  • Build and configure communication workflows using the Logic no-code platform

  • Create proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate platform capabilities

  • Support implementation and deployment of solutions across client environments

Technical Support & Collaboration

  • Assist sales teams with technical demonstrations and solution presentations

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback

  • Provide technical guidance during onboarding and solution rollout

Training & Documentation

  • Deliver training sessions to help clients understand the Logic platform

  • Create documentation and guides for workflow configurations

  • Ensure clients are confident managing their workflows independently

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Experience working with workflow automation, SaaS platforms, or no-code tools

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

  • Experience working in client-facing technical roles

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with enterprise messaging systems or communications platforms

  • Familiarity with API integrations and system interoperability

  • Experience working with healthcare or enterprise IT environments

  • Background in solutions consulting, technical consulting, or implementation roles
